Official CBSE answer keys, no public question papers
CBSE does not publish CTET question papers. It publishes the final answer key on ctet.nic.in, and the question paper is visible only to the candidate. The keys below are the official files; use them with your own recorded responses.

August 2023
CBSE published two key sheets after the August 2023 CTET, one per paper. The hosted PDFs were uploaded to ctet.nic.in in September 2023. Use them to check an OMR or recorded response, and to find which questions were changed or dropped, if any, in your set.
Practice tip
CTET Paper I is evenly divided into five sections of 30 questions, so a section-wise score shows quickly whether pedagogy or content is holding you back. Compare your section scores with the August 2023 key rather than only the total.
