## What are previous year questions (PYQs)?

**PYQ stands for Previous Year Questions.** A previous year question paper is the full paper from an earlier sitting of an exam, either released officially by the conducting body (NTA, IIMs, IITs, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, CBSE) or reconstructed from memory by candidates when no official paper exists.
